It seems to me that both documents would help you in different ways. We have both a TNA and a Continuing Professional Development (or PDP) document available for free on our website http://www.trainerbubble.com

Improvement Plan
Hello Bernie – I think what you are looking for is a template for a Performance Improvement Plan. I don’t have a blank one. I do quide clients through this process however, it is very specific to the performance issues and role. Would be happy to talk through some examples with you if that helps.
