Personnel Qualifications

default-16x9

How do I take the first steps in gaining an IPD qualification, or equivilent, coming from a pretty wide ranging Office Management background? Would any of my previous experience count towards a relevant qualification.

I would like to be of more use to my employer by having a personnel qualification as I am pretty much the personnel manager at the present time and have to seek guidance from a variety of sources to ensure that I am looking after company matters and staff in line with current legislation.
