I have been doing attitude and other surveys on and off for nearly 30 years and am currently doing a number of surveys to assess HR issues arising from organisational and technological change. I completed a substantial project on organsiational and personal values (which also involved a survey) for a client last year and am writing a series of articles on this with my client. I have faciliated any amount of awaydays, workshops, strategy planning sessions and project teams. I am working currently on upwards and 360 degree feedback for another long term client.
