Details: I train in the field of Project Management. This covers the hard skills side of the subject like use of Microsoft Project, planning, risk management etc. as well as the soft skills side. Topics like team building and communication. Prior to this I was an exerienced Project Manager with a number of successful projects under my belt.

I firmly believe that correct training and development should use a mixture of devices and approaches to get the message across. Selection of the approach is dependant upon a variety of factors such as subject, person, locations etc. As such coaching as a one-to-one (or one-to-two or three) has a very vital role to play.
