I’m looking for ideas, policy wording, forms, suggestions, etc, to help make our school placement scheme meaningful.

At present there’s still a culture in some parts of “Ooh good, somebody to do that filing”, which I’m keen to move away from.

I’m particularly interested in any:

– quiz type questions;
– forms for the student and/or the department;
– guidance for departments; and
– policy wording, etc.

If your scheme is good or you have any ideas I’d really welcome them!

I’d also be interested if anybody is taking on the extended placements for the 14-16 age range… I’m trying to convince our maintenance / repairs service that there are busines benefit to be had from this… any suggestions?

    If you know where the placements are coming from why not ask the School/College what they particularly want covering
