  1. Planks – a solution and history
    We have been usine planks and have developed several different exercises with it for over 20 years. It is reputed to have been developed here at in the mid 70’s in conjuction with Allied Dunbar programmes – but that might be a myth. I know of no ‘commercial rights’ to the exercise and we have produced several sets at cost for clients over the years. Vernon Smith Head of Training. Dart Training Group 01364 653876
