Hi
I'm looking for some quick (5 minute) exercises for inclusion in a presentation about positive psychology and building psychological capital. Any suggestions? For inclusion at a corporate conference.
Thank you

Priming
Hi Carolyn
Would ideas for an exercise that primes participants to be in a positive or negative state be the sort of thing that you are looking for?
David
Hope this helps
Hi Carolyn. I’ve used a quick exrecise where we get the participants to think of an avievement (work or home) that they’re really proud of – then get them to share – in small groups or pairs – how that made them feel. Hopefully bring out themes like energised, valued, engaged etc etc In plenary, contrast that with the “traditional approach” by asking the question “how do you feel when someone approaches you with a “”development opportunity””.
