I was wondering if anyone knew of any companies or bodies that provide recognised certificates, diplomas, qualifications etc in Call Centre directorship.
I have found a couple of courses that cater for high level managers but not to the level that this person requires. It's not so much the course content that would be too easy, more that this person needs to be in a group of like-minded, similarly high-level managers in order to effectively share best practice & ideas.
Any help wouold be gratefully received.
Costs are not really an issue.

HDI?
The HDI (HelpDesk Institute) may have some suitable courses as they cater for quite high level management.
