I know a thank you would be great i.e. Thank you for sending _____ on our Customer Services workshop that was held on _______. What else should I/ can I include?

  1. …it depends what YOU want to get out of this activity…..

If you want to generate some "marketing data" you might ask for free form comments about the benefits event has/will bring, or you moght ask people whether they would recommend the course to others.

If you want to make the course better you might ask people what suggestions they would make to help you to achive this

If you want to encourage these people to take up other courses you might offer you might give them either a tickbox list of courses or a free field answer to "what other training do you feel you need/want?"

If you want to help the delegates reflect on the event you might ask them to write their top three lessons learnt by attending.

If you want to get  at their managers by the back door you might ask them to get their manager to complete a quick questionnaire of "changes I have seen in the delegate since attending"

If you just want to remind them of your existance you might want to send them a certiicate of successful completion r even just with them compliments of the season  (if appropriate)

    Good Luck

    Rus
