I am trying to set up a PowerPoint slideshow that, once started, will run itself like a video...I'm tearing my heair out because it runs perfectly up to slide four and then just stops....not even clicking advances the slide.
Can anyone help? either by posting the answer here for all to see or by phoning (07812 170391) and talking me through the issue (in that case I'd be happy to send a copy of the slideshow by email if being able to see it would help the kind soul!)
I'm using Office 2007 BTW
Thanks in anticipation
Rus

Thanks for your advice and offer….I’ve found the answer myself by that wonderful learning process of trail and error.
Ironic that you two guys should be the people who have responded becasue it was Garry’s recommendation about Garr’s ‘Steve’s-wonder-inducing’ 131 slides that tickled my curiosity to make this slideshow.

Well, I’m glad it achieved something.
Rus – I don’t think it was ‘wonder’ that it induced!
Wonder
I did "wonder" why he needed 131 slides to summarise 4 points 🙂
isn’t that just a lovely analogy…
"sometimes I just gaze in wonder and sometimes I just wonder what in hell were they thinking"
"some people are enraptured by the sheer wonder of it and some people wonder why they bothered"
and then on some occasions you can see that some people are won-DUH-ing what is all about!
Thanks again guys
Rus
I Wonder
if anyone is "wondering" about other features of PPT this is pretty good…
