Pre-course questionnaire

default-16x9

Does anyone has a pre-course questionnaire that they normally use for this purpose that I can have a look at to get some ideas?

Thanks and have a good day.

I would say beware of a questionnaire that is said to answer all your prayers! You have to work for it, because every course will be different. Identify your key objectives, construct a questionnaire with a present skill level scoring + space under each scoring for them to give examples of why they have put that score. If possible, have the line manager complete a similar qrre on them. At the end of the event a KOLQ with the same questions can be developed.

  2. Standard questionnaires
As a survey and form designer I have to agree with Leslie and as such I am always very wary of standard questionnaires because they will need to be tailored to specific needs. As things move on and change the questions cease to be relevant which also affects the validity of your responses. By all means adapt a pre-existing questionnaire to your current needs which will take some thinking through. Someone else’s questionnaire will be designed for their courses which I think would be most unlikely to meet your needs.
