    Dear David,

   I know I’m answering to an old post, but can you help me in preparing for an assessment centre?

   I have a group task at school and we need to come up with a position and organize an assessment centre. I’ve never done this before and would much appreciate it if you could help me with some guidelines, samples, links, anything.
