We have people based in markets around the world, but no real policy for managing their HR needs and packages. Does anyone know of a programme or some benchmarking that we could undertake to ensure that they are looked after as effectively as possible?

There is also a useful way to compare spendable income between home and host countries. You pay for each country, but it is a very useful independent service.
