I'm designing a coaching workshop for improved performance. I learnt from this site that there's an exercise called Printer's Box and would like to request who would be kind enough to share with me the brief. Moreover, I'd appreciate any sharing on coaching games and exercises.
Great thanks,

Try my 50 point coaching diagnostic
I find it helpful to get coaches to come up with their thoughts on what it takes to coach really well.
This can be insightful, and lead into very powerful learning discussions, which are captured on learning points sheets..
The way I do this is to set them a small group task that flip charts say, 15 one line positive statements around skilled coaching. These begin typically with the words "I can", I always", "I never" and so on.
Then when they have done this and shared it, you can go through the 50 point diagnostic off my site to fill in additional issues and raise important early, fundamental matters.
The coaching diagnostic is one of many in the pic n mix section of my website http://www.andrewgibbons.co.uk
I hope this helps.
All the best,
Andrew
