Has anybody ever successfully / unsuccessfully implemented a training programme based on problem based learning in a CORPORATE environment?
I’d like to get an insight into:
* the programme
* why you chose that method
* what worked
* what didn’t work and why
* any modifications that had to be made
* change management issues
* buy-in issues.
Also, if you can direct me to any resources on implementing problem based learning in a corporate environment that would be appreciated.

Action Learning?
I’m not sure what you mean by “Problem based learning”. however my interpretation might put it in the same bag as Action Learnig about which HUGE amounts have been written – just try “Action LEarning” and/or “Reg Revans” in Google and you will gets lots of resources.
