I'm looking for exercises or scenarios that I can adapt to assess problem solving skills for service desk analysts who work on an IT service desk. I'm looking for something that doesn't necessarily test their technical skills but whether they can think creatively to solve a problem.
I've looked in a few different places but not yet found anything suitable.
Appreciate any suggestions.
