We currently run a number of IRCA Registered and approved Quality Management System Training Courses - especially now concentrating on ISO 9001: 2000 with its new Process Approach; and we require as many different types of Process Maps, Flow Charts or other such data from as wide a base as is possible - any type of organisation large or small.
We would welcome submission of data from anyone who could help us to add to our database of Process Maps or Flow charts that we could make available to supplement existing data for course participants.
