Milton Keynes based success coach Wendy Hearn has recently had her own success recognised by becoming the recipient of two distinguished awards. For more than three years Wendy has been helping individuals and organisations achieve their personal and professional goals, and on the 28th of March she was honoured for her work in helping other business people.

During an awards ceremony in Milton Keynes Hearn was presented with the Small Business Consolidator award sponsored by Barclays Bank. This award is presented to a director, owner, or partner of a business with a turnover of less than £100,000 that has been established for more than three years. In presenting the award it was stated "Wendy has successfully capitalised on the opportunities presented by the stressful modern business world to build a viable and expanding business, and to establish herself as a valuable source of inspiration for the local business community."

Wendy Hearn also received the Millennium Woman award sponsored by Milton Keynes Women in Enterprise. This honour is given to a candidate who has made an outstanding contribution to business and who encompasses the role of an enterprising woman forging links to triumph in this Millennium. During the presentation it was said, " Wendy exemplifies the successful modern business woman: driving her business forward with a clear vision, inspiring others to do the same, and providing an excellent role model for aspiring entrepreneurs."

While obviously flattered by the personal recognition, Wendy Hearn was especially pleased that these awards have raised awareness of the coaching profession. Wendy states that her vision is "for everyone to understand fully what coaching offers to businesses and individuals." She goes on to say that "Coaching is a powerful relationship. Through methods including discovery, goal setting, and strategic action, the coach and the client work together to minimise problems while maximising achievements" A respected coach, writer, and speaker – Wendy Hearn is also an entrepreneur at heart and loves encouraging people to fulfil their dreams.
