I’m not sure if this is what you are looking for but the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning has a Code of Conduct that ITOL members are required to follow. You can view it by visiting http://www.traininginstitute.co.uk and clicking on the Code of Conduct button on the left-hand navigation bar. Although copyrighted to ITOL it may give you some ideas.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but the Civil Service Collegs have a short booklet called “code of Ethics & Practice for Trainers & Managers”. I have some more details somewhere if you’re interested.
