Professional Development Needed

default-16x9

I have been training for many years and keen to really develop new skills and/or qualifications in some way. I have been thinking about short refresher courses, becoming licensed or accredited to deliver certain models such as De Bono, taking a coaching & mentoring course. I noticed the Kaizen Training site and liked their approach for trainers and facilitators. Anyone been on any recently or other ideas very welcome. Thanks Ian

It is brand new and fully accredited by Roehampton University. All taught part time with blended learning and contextulaised for any trainer delivering soft skills. The link above shows all the details but do contact me directly if you want to: emmasueprince@unimenta.com

  2. sharpen the saw…

ahh but how many people know that there are very different saws for very different purposes – wood, metal, plastic

not only that – but for cutrting straight or curved

also the number of "teeth per inch" (TPI) and angle of each tooth varies with the motion of the cutting.

its all very well using a metaphone such as sharpen the saw – but to what with it … you cannot sharpen a wood saw to cut metal!
