Morning Everyone,

I am currently running a new learning programme for retail supervisors that is tied to a NVQ qualification. We want to end the programme with a graduation day, though I am struggling a little for inspiration.

We want the day to be a celebration for the delegates for the completion of the programme. However due to timescales etc. they will have completed all the work, but we wont have received any formal certificates.

The day will have about 50 delegates from all over the counrty as well as some senior management.

Has anyone done enything similiar or have any ideas for the day. I dont want it to just be a posh lunch with a well done from senior managers as some people will have travelled quite a distance so I would the day to have some value to it.
