Can anyone recommend an off the shelf training course on Project Management aimed at Managers?
I want to produce a (around one day) course to help non-project managers manage projects effectively and consistently.
Traditionally the company has trained people in our project management methodology but non-project managers have found this difficult to implement. I want something a bit more practical and less 'and then you use this form to do risk management'....! A case good study would be ideal but I don't have time to produce one from scratch.
Any recommendations?

A different Approach to PM Training
Hi Annah,
we have been running a 1-day event for some of our clients based on a board game to help non-project managers understand how to manage projects effectively. This is based on accepted best practice but does not depend on the use of any specific methodology. It is highly practical and due to its format, has been non-threatening to those who have been through the process.
