am head of an internal training delviery team. We deliver generic courses – 1-2 day communication, managment, assertiveness courses about 100 times a year.

I want to find out what the industry ratio is for training delivery/trianing preparation

I usnderstand that 2/1 (delivery to prep) is around right for straight forward courses.

Is that about right?

    I think the simple answer you are looking for is YES, 2 to 1 is about right
