Deciding which course is the most suitable will depend upon your company's needs, and the nature and size of your organisation. For managers and supervisors who are required to have a degree of competency to undertake their duties in workplace safety, the 'Managing Safely' course from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), is likely to be the most suitable.
If you need to train your entire workforce on workplace safety, then the Working Safely course from IOSH will be the most suitable. Alternatively, you may wish to develop specific knowledge and competence in a particular area, and WE have a range of modular courses designed to provide specific employees, with key information and skills.
