1. Recommended Management and Leadership provider with strong track
   There is a Company called Straight Talking UK who have worked within NatWest on a number of Leadership and Management Development programmes. They have a great style – practical and down to earth although challenging and quite provocative at the same time – they really get the candidates to think for themselves on a Strategic level rather than a lot of ‘sheep dip’ trainers that we’ve had in the past. We used them because they are well qualified for the development they provide, are NEBS accredited for Management qualifications and have a strong track record (client list included Financial Times, Britannic Assurance, Grant Thornton as well as a number of Police Forces). They’ve got a website with contact numbers on – http://www.straighttalkinguk.co.uk – and you can use my name as a reference point if it helps (we’re looking to do more work with them so I might be able to get some discount !!). 2. Try the Fire Service College
   This is a vastly underutilised resource that can offer high class management development programmes(aligned to management qualifications from NVQ to CMS?DMS and MBA). The leadership trainig is exceptional and can offer a really memorable alternative to outdoor learning through programmes aligned to real fire fighting scenarios.
