The Electronic Telegraph has reported the case of a man from Easington, County Durham, who is considering constructive dismissal action against his former employers, Walkers Crisps.
39-year-old Kevin Alderson is claiming that being forced to attend public speaking training was not the ‘fun’ it was claimed to be, but caused embarrassment and stress.
Mr Alderson’s case is being supported by his union the GMB.
