Please can anybody assist me with basic pychometric tests. I need them to assist low level educated people in finding out in what positions their personalities would be most suited for. Not something highly specialized but to give a good indication i.t.o career pathing.

Book Suggestion
I have never read this book, I know it only by its reputation which is considerable. It might be worth looking at and examining to see if it could be helpful either directly or indirectly to your client group.
