Mentor Awards
Anita, there are performance based awards available for mentors -they form part of an NVQ in training & development. Contact IPD Awarding Body 020 82633299 or OCR Tel: 01223 552552. Hope this helps.

There are a lot of other externally accredited awards – have a look at my mentoring article (Training Journal March 2000), or the reprint in the toolkit section of this site.
