As you may know we have started a podcast. To have a listen to the first edition click here.

Part of the format is to field questions from Twitter or through the site, that my co-host and I will endeavour to answer (or at least provide some comment on).

So, get in touch! We want your questions. Each edition of the podcast will feature a guest interviewee related to the theme of the month - this month it's coaching - but your questions can be around anything L&D related, really.
