Hi All!
I've been asked to do a brief sessionette on CBI (Competency Based Interviewing Skills). I do't have enough time to get into longer exercises I traditionally use, to get the point across about how tricky it can be - how hard it can be to get real information out of the candidate - and how you really need to get your act together to do it properly. Has anyone done an exercise of any kind that might achieve this, or can any of you creative souls think up something I could use, perhaps at the beginning of this 1 and a half hour session?
I'd be grateful for ANY suggestions at your earliest as this is a last-minute request for me to do this, so I have nowhere near enough time to prep!
Very many thanks!
