does anyone have a short awareness raising exercise?

reactions to change
Geraldine Bowns model of reactions to change is useful and well-received in my experience (resistance or antagonism, awareness, interest, mental tryout, real-life practice, implementation, integration). You can show it, then ask people to what extent it matches their own experience of going through change (from primary to secondary school, leaving home, new jobs etc) Each stage is facilitated by information, consultation and support.

Activity resources for dealing with change
Richard
I am currently running sessions for an organisation who have had to deal with much change (and redundancy). I use “Who moved my cheese” by Dr. Spencer Johnson. Amazon sell on line for around £3.90. I have other activities which if you’re interested can share. Ctc me via http://www.peopletreetraining.co.uk
All the best
