Recommend an engaging coaching clip?

Hi

I'm looking for a short video clip which explains the basics of what coaching is. I want it to be engaging, ideally either from sport or film or an animation (similar to Dan Pink's Drive). About 5 mins max. Ive trawled through Youtube and I'm slowly losing the will to live
