Recommendation for training on “Quality”

I am looking for recommendations for a consultant to be able to deliver a session as part of an ILM diploma in management. The target audience would be middle managers with local government.

The session should focus on Quality issues such as Kaizen, EFQM, SQMS etc.

It is important that any potential provider should understand the current local government issues.

This is quite a specific request, as I know of a few consultants who can do this we are looking for someone who specialises in this area.
