I regularly deliver R&S training and though the content is very effective and feedback very positive... I'm bored!
I am looking for something new / different.
I want to use different case studies and/or quizes, etc, etc, particularly around equality and diversity legislation.
Do you have anything you are able to share?
Any tips on overcoming trainer boredom with delivering the same corporate content?

And the other way to get over the tired issues is to buy in a trainer for one session and then emulate him/her. We did that with a wonderful cascade impact. I can dig out his details if you wish.But the book above should help
