Recruitment Training

Hi there, I have someone in my organisation who has just been promoted to a recruitment administrator. I’m looking for a recruitment course within the UK which would cover such things as basic recruitment law, ‘halo and horns’ effect, shortlisting, interviewing skills etc. Can anyone recommend an open course which would help?
