Hi Folks,

I recently met with some other local freelance trainers, all of whom have different specialties.  We were discussing how we could work better together both as a support network and to refer work to each other. It was suggested that we put in place a contract which we all work to which details the terms of referral and the commission rate for work.

I was wondering two things:

1.  Does anyone else have a similar contract in place with other freelance trainers in their area and

2.  If so, would you be happy to share a copy of the contract to act as a template?
