I have been given a project which is to effectively deconstruct and relaunch the T&D department at my College. My deadline for this is September 02.

My problem is devoting sufficient resources to this task without ceasing the day to day activities of the department (we are fairly small in number), and as such I was wondering if anyone else has had to do something similar?

If so can anyone offer any practical hints and tips, quick-fix solutions, "borrowable" ideas etc which would help me to manage this project?
