I have been approached by a local Hotelier, who has unused space within their hotel complex, with a view to possibly offering it to myself to run residential training courses.
This is an area (residential) that I have no experience in, but I can see the vision and the potential business if it is approached in the right manner. I am looking for advice on how to approach this in a marketing sense. I am toying with the idea of running I.T. Sessions, Presentations, Powerpoint and several other areas.
1. What are the pros & cons of such a venture?
2. Would any Training Zone members be interested in taking
this up with myself?
