Hi
I was wondering if anyone out there could recommend some 'pick-up and go' resources that managers can use when setting their team goals and objectives.
These would be resources that they could use indpendently with their team rather than being facilitator led.
Thanks in advance for suggestions
Bea

Clarification
Hi Bea,
I may have something that could be of use – can I just confirm that you are looking for something which managers who already know how to set goals/objectives can use, or are you looking for something that they can use to walk both themselves and their teams through the process of writing effective objectives?
Kind regards,
Fiona

Training or templates?
If you are looking for training materials (for managers to RUN with their teams), then this licence-free bite session may of interest. http://www.power-hour.co.uk/trainingmaterialsshop/prod_776365-Set-Meaningful-Goals.html
If you are looking for templates, then http://www.businessball.com may be a good place to start.
