A group of directorsare coming together mid programme to review their progress in a major change initaitive (a facilitated workshop) what’s working, what’ss not and a leadership plan for moving forward.They would like to kick off the session by revisitng their vision make sure it still holds water – rationale drivers etc I was wondering if anyone can suggest any activity to help achieve this?
