Jonathan Senior
Looking down the barrel of another 30 years working for the council, Jonathan had the presence in of mind in 2001 to leave and start working for himself - no small undertaking with a mortgage and two small children.
Describing the experience as “very scary but very rewarding” he hasn’t looked back since and indeed wishes he had done it sooner.
Jonathan has extensive experience of people and how they work and think from a number of consultancy assignments and Interim Management roles, primarily in the public sector.
After a number of years delivering classroom training and being involved in the training process, Jonathan realised that there was a need for a more formalised process to assess training.
His company Sharp End Training now delivers the online assessment of classroom training on a range of frequently delivered and most requested courses from their base in Sheffield.
Jonathan is a keen triathlete and has represented Great Britain in his age group at the world championships in France.
