Rob Sheffield
Rob Sheffield has over 17 years’ experience in team management. He has worked in the educational publishing, direct marketing and aerospace industries, before establishing his own training and coaching consultancy in 1999.
He has a particular interest in how leaders can make the best use of the talent in their teams. Rob is skilled in helping people understand each others' strengths, so they can use them more effectively. His clients span both the private and public sectors, including Ernst & Young, GE, Microsoft, National Blood Service, BAe Systems, P&O Nedlloyd and British Gypsum.
Rob has a BA in Business Studies, and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He currently tutors on a range of postgraduate programmes based on leadership and managing change. He is researching a part-time PhD looking at how leaders can use emotional intelligence to promote a climate that encourages and supports the generation and implementation of ideas.
