Hi,

I am managing the roll out of a MS Office and Windows upgrade and need to complete a RFP (Request for proposal).  However, I have never done one before and don't really know how to complete one.

Any ideas would be good and if someone has an old one that they have been sent in the past that they could send to me, I would very much appreciate it.
