His apprenticeship at the sharp end has enabled him develop a holistic approach to organisational change through focussing on the people, the processes and the technologies that drive the success of any organisation.
He has spent a number of years coaching middle to senior managers helping them to establish a clear vision of where the business is heading, develop winning strategies to pursue the vision and the strength in leadership to progress rapidly along the path, as well as creating the teamwork and effective business processes necessary to harness all the assets of the business, along with the implementation of the measures to reinforce progress and the development of the individuals to make it all happen.
He has, more recently, turned his experience towards providing businesses with support services to help manage the major changes that are being effected by the advent of e-business.
