  1. Performance Appraisals
    Hi
Buy a copy of Practical Performance Appraisals by V and A Stewart
    ISBN 0 566 02081 – 5
Good chapter in there – all good – but one in particular describes various schemes used by Money Brothers,Red Tape, A to Z retailing,Hardware International. The roles that spring from this are endless.I have used to good effect with grandparents, appraisers and appraisees

    Good luck

  2. Develop your own…
Use the group to define scenarios that they can then work on – you can use actors to do this with them, and even use a Forum Theatre approach. This will allow the role-play to become dynamic and relevant to both the group and the individuals, rather than using static role-plays that wrap the role-players up in characterisation and letting inhibitions and RP techniques get in the way.

    Shirley,

I have a couple of relevant scenarios available for free download at the Trainerbase website:

    http://www.trainerbase.co.uk/

These experience-based scenarios have been successfully ‘field tested’ in a range of corporate and public sector settings.

The templates are in Word format so you can adapt them to meet your specific needs.

    Hope this helps.
