It depends on the context
Vincent, you refer here to a “national training strategy”, and the TrainingZONE newswire refers to “accredited training modules”. Although the issues will be overlapping, it depends very much on whether you are developing an organisational standard for a nation-wide organisation, or using a national standard accredited by a body such as QCA or SQA (or is an industry standard accredited by a professional body). It also depends on whether this is intended to be an opt in/out programme or mandatory across the organisation. Can you expand a bit on your requirements?
