Details: I have 22 years experience of middle and senior management roles within the financial services industry, much of which has been spent coaching and mentoring middle management staff. I have recently completed a contract coaching and mentoring middle management staff at JP Morgan.
I coach by combining practical experience with sound coaching techniques to improve both performance & confidence. I have attended a one year business strategy course designed by the Cranfield Business School and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
