I was wondering if any TrainingZone readers would be kind enough to loan me (or let me have a copy of) any materials they have on 'Running effective meetings' and 'Managing conference calls' (the soft skill element).

I am not looking for an off-the-shelf course as my solution, merely some material that could be used to define the content of this course I have been tasked to produce. Any background knowledge on the above would be useful for me in addition to the above.
