2000 is the trial year for Esprit de Corps, although each element of the combined programmes is delivered by established industry leaders.

Esprit de Corps combines proven classroom based training with a practical context of crewing sailing yachts where good teamwork is essential. Measurable results are discussed as part of the programme and an action plan created for individuals, teams and their managers. Each programme is adapted to suit requirements which differ for all clients.
