I'm currently on my second interview for a job...they want a presentation on sales.
Part one is a needs assessment on telemarketing, prospecting, presentations, referrals, and handling objections. Does anyone have an assessment of some sort which includes this?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. :)

Think about their unique needs as well…
Marlo,
Any good book on telemarketing from Amazon (and all other good bookshops) will help you to gain a framework to work in.
For example we have a thirteen point checklist for telemarketeers, but as I don’t own the copyright I’m afraid I can’t let you have a copy – sorry.
I would also look at a TNA plan as well – because I bet the company is looking for someone who can come with experience and apply it to their needs – after all every company will have a number of USP’s – these make them unique to anyone else. If you can explain to them that you have the experience in sales and understanding training needs then you are more likely to score highly.
Finally, I slightly negative point – IMHO I would be concerned that, having asked this question you are making the right decision to go for this role. Are you sure that should you pull the presentation / interview out of the bag you can deliver in the role?
No offence intended, just an observation…
Good luck.
